  Dana Moceri helped us locate a new, smaller home. We wanted to downsize after raising a family in a 1970s colonial. Now that our kids are gone, we no longer needed 2250 square feet, 5 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms. Things were really busy when we first started looking in 2022, and we weren't willing to offer more than asking price. Although we offered asking price several times, owners took higher offers. When the market softened, we found a home we liked and Dana recommended a good inspector. The inspector found things we didn't like and we withdrew our offer.
